About FieldForm

FieldForm is an offline-first mobile form builder designed for people who work where the internet doesn't. Construction inspectors, agricultural surveyors, NGO field teams, utility crews — anyone who needs to collect data in the real world.

Why we built this

Too many form tools assume you're always online. But field workers operate in basements, rural areas, and remote job sites where connectivity is unreliable at best. FieldForm works entirely offline — capture photos, GPS coordinates, signatures, and fill out forms without any network connection. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

How it works

FieldForm is a Progressive Web App (PWA) — no app store download required. Open it in your browser, add it to your home screen, and it works like a native app. All data is stored locally on your device first, then synced to the cloud in the background.

Built for teams

Whether you're a solo inspector or part of a large crew, FieldForm scales with you. The free tier covers up to 3 forms and 50 submissions per month. Pro and Team plans unlock unlimited forms, priority sync, custom PDF branding, team sharing, and an admin dashboard.
